From Confirmation to Visa Preparation

Once your application has been reviewed and approved by our team, and all necessary fees have been paid, the admission process will commence. Typically, the entire process takes a maximum of 14 days, divided into two key phases:

1. Admission Processing (7 Days)

Our dedicated team works diligently to process your admission once your application and payment are complete.  You can expect to receive confirmation of your acceptance into the program within 7 days.  We understand the importance of a timely response, and we strive to expedite this phase whenever possible.

2. Issuance of the JW202 Form (7 Days)

Upon receiving your admission confirmation, we will initiate the process of issuing your JW202 form. This official document is essential for your visa application and typically takes an additional 7 days to prepare. Our team ensures meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing the accuracy and prompt issuance of your JW202 form.

Important Note:

While we make every effort to complete the entire process within 14 days, unforeseen circumstances or external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of your application status throughout the process and strive to minimize any disruptions.
